ZERØ ABEC-5 radial ceramic bearing featuring black-oxide treated 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races paired with Grade 5 Silicon-Nitride ceramic balls, with extremely low friction double-lip VV seals that don't make contact for the fastest spinning bearing in the Enduro range. Proven time and again in World Cup race conditions, oversized balls roll on races ground to a mirror finish after receiving Magnetite and cryogenic treatments for hardness and longevity.
Si3N4 ceramic balls reduce bearing wear and increase bearing life by eliminating steel-on-steel contact within the bearing. The black-oxide/magnetite treatment on the races provides an extra level of corrosion resistance and extended worry-free performance. Generally used as a hub bearing, and can also be used as a pivot bearing.
