By accessing or using our website (www.dbykstore.com and all its subdomains) or purchasing from any of our physical stores in Pune (Viman Nagar, Wakad, and Bavdhan), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

D Byk Store is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.

1. Definitions

  • Agreement — These Terms of Service, as amended from time to time
  • Site — www.dbykstore.com and all its subdomains, owned and operated by D Byk Store
  • User / You — Any individual or legal entity accessing the Site or purchasing from our stores
  • Products — All goods and services listed, displayed, or sold by D Byk Store online or in-store

2. Eligibility

By using this Site or purchasing from our stores, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

We reserve the right to verify your details and suspend or terminate access if information is found to be false or misleading.

3. Online & In-Store Purchases

D Byk Store sells cycling products — including bicycles, components, accessories, and apparel — through our website and physical store locations.

Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • In the event of a pricing error due to a typographic or system mistake, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order, regardless of whether payment has been processed
  • If payment has already been collected on a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method

Order Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — it does not guarantee acceptance
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or fraud detection
  • You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled

Payment

  • Payments must be made using your own valid payment method
  • D Byk Store is not liable for any fraudulent use of payment instruments — liability rests solely with the User
  • Payments are verified within 24–48 hours. Order processing begins only after payment confirmation
  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7 working days of payment confirmation. Some products may have different lead times — please check individual product pages

Delivery

  • If non-delivery occurs due to incorrect address or name provided by the User, any re-delivery charges will be borne by the User
  • D Byk Store shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including floods, fires, strikes, wars, or acts of God
  • Partial delivery issues must be reported within 10 days of receipt

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment — store credit will be issued
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled unless it qualifies under our Returns & Exchange Policy
  • D Byk Store reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion and will communicate cancellations in a timely manner with applicable refunds

5. Warranty & Product Responsibility

  • Products are subject to the respective manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions
  • D Byk Store does not accept responsibility for warranty, maintenance, or servicing beyond what is outlined in our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy
  • D Byk Store's total liability in any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, icons, graphics, software, and design — is the intellectual property of D Byk Store or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without prior written permission from D Byk Store.

The D Byk Store name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of D Byk Store. No license to use any trademark is granted by accessing this Site.

7. User Conduct

  • Not engage in fraudulent transactions or submit false information

Our total liability in any matter is strictly limited to the value of the product(s) purchased.

9. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed by D Byk Store, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Pune, in the English language.

10. Sale in India Only

D Byk Store operates and sells exclusively within India. Users accessing this Site from outside India do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for the supply, payment, or refund of goods ordered from outside India.

11. Communication Consent

By placing an order or registering on our Site, you agree to receive transactional and promotional communications via email, WhatsApp, and SMS. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

D Byk Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
