Shipping Policy

At D Byk Store, we work hard to get your cycling gear to you as quickly as possible — whether you're in Pune or anywhere across India.

1. Order Processing

  • Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation
  • If there is any delay, we will proactively reach out via call or WhatsApp with an update
  • Orders placed earlier in the day have a higher chance of same-day dispatch
  • Shipment timelines begin from the date of payment confirmation — not order placement

2. Shipping Within India

We ship pan-India via our primary delivery partner Delhivery. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated automatically at checkout based on the product type and delivery location.

Standard Delivery 1–9 working days post dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on orders ₹5,000 and above for eligible standard-sized parcels.
Important: Oversized or high-volumetric products are not eligible for free shipping. This includes items such as bicycles, wired tyres, fenders, indoor trainers, bike travel bags, and similar large products. Shipping charges for these items are calculated separately and will be displayed during checkout before payment.

3. Pune Customers

Being based in Pune, we offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping — Pan-India delivery via Delhivery
  • Click & Collect — Pick up from store at no charge
  • Locations: Viman Nagar | Wakad | Bavdhan
  • Available during store working hours
  • Select "Pick up in Store" at checkout

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared within 24 hours of dispatch
  • Example: Order placed Monday night → tracking by Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning
  • Track via Delhivery website or the link in your shipping confirmation email

5. Product Availability

  • Product availability (In Stock / Online Only / Out of Stock) is shown on each product page and order confirmation.
  • In Stock — Ships the same or next working day.
  • Online Only — Requires additional lead time before dispatch. Choosing a faster shipping method will not reduce this processing time.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

6. Direct Shipping from Vendor

Some products may be shipped directly from our vendor partners. If this allows for faster delivery, we will always choose the quickest and most efficient shipping option.

7. Payment Methods

We accept payments securely through Razorpay:

  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI
  • Wallets
  • Direct Bank Transfer / Cheque

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

8. Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • D Byk Store reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
