Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to products bought with special purchase options on dbykstore.com, such as pre-orders, deposits, or deferred payments.
Pre-Orders & Deposits
- Before the item arrives in stock — You may cancel at any time and receive a full refund of any amount paid, to the original payment method.
- After the item arrives and your order is fulfilled, but before courier pickup — A 5% cancellation charge applies to cover payment gateway, platform, and logistics fees. The balance is refunded.
- After courier pickup — The order cannot be cancelled. Our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy applies.
- Custom or special orders (including bicycles ordered to your specification) — Deposits are non-refundable once we have placed the order with the brand or distributor.
Deferred or Partial Payments
- If you paid a partial amount upfront, the remaining balance will be charged or requested before the item ships.
- If the remaining balance is not paid within 7 days of our request, we may cancel the order. Refunds of the upfront amount follow the rules above.
Delays From Our Side
If a pre-ordered item is delayed beyond the estimated date or becomes unavailable, we'll inform you via WhatsApp and Email. You may choose to wait, switch to another product, or cancel for a full refund with no charges.
How to Cancel

- We'll confirm the cancellation within 1–2 working days
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
