CYCLAMI 30g Pink TPU Road Tube 18-32C - 85mm Metal Valve
This Cyclami tube is made from TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) and weighs just 30g, up to 80% lighter than a standard butyl road tube, shedding rotating mass right where it matters most for acceleration and climbing. TPU is also denser and more elastic than butyl, sealing small punctures better against stones, glass, and thorns. It rolls up smaller than a golf ball, making it a genuinely practical spare for a saddle bag.
Fits road clincher tyres in the 18-32C range, covering narrow race tyres through to wider all-road rubber. Comes with an 85mm metal valve, purpose-built for deep-section aero rims. A metal valve stem is generally more rigid and heat-resistant than plastic, holding up better to repeated pumping and valve extenders over time. Punctures can be repaired using Cyclami's own TPU-specific Patches Kit (a standard rubber patch kit will not bond to TPU).
