Black Chili Compound
Continental’s Black Chili compound balances three critical tyre characteristics: grip, rolling resistance, and durability.
Using advanced polymer technology, refined synthetic rubbers, natural rubber, and specially optimised soot particles, the GP5000 S TR achieves exceptional rolling speed without compromising traction or longevity.
Vectran Breaker Protection
The Vectran™ Breaker provides lightweight yet extremely strong puncture protection. The material offers very high cut resistance and tensile strength while remaining flexible enough to avoid negatively affecting rolling resistance.
This construction helps protect the tyre against cuts and road debris while maintaining race-level ride quality.
Tubeless Setup Recommendation
Continental recommends using RevoSealant for tubeless setup. For initial installation, use at least 30 ml of sealant per tyre.
After installation, rotate the wheel to distribute sealant evenly and inflate to the recommended pressure range before adjusting to your preferred riding pressure.
