The Cannondale HollowGram SL 27 KNOT is a lightweight carbon seatpost with a truncated aero (D-shaped) profile. It is a spare/replacement post for Cannondale SuperSix EVO and CAAD13 frames of the 2019 generation that use the KNOT aero seatpost.
