Muc-Off Silky Suspension Serum is a silicone-infused formula designed to reduce stiction between wiper seals and suspension stanchions. It helps keep suspension components lubricated, improving small-bump sensitivity and reducing trail buzz for a smoother suspension feel.
The formula also helps repel dirt and grime from suspension surfaces, keeping them cleaner and helping reduce the risk of contaminants reaching the wiper seals. It is suitable for use on shocks, stanchions, and dropper posts.

How to Use
- Cover your disc brakes using suitable disc brake covers.
- Do not apply the product to tyre treads or braking surfaces.
- Avoid using the product in direct sunlight. After cleaning, wipe the fork, shock, and/or dropper post with a microfibre cloth and remove excess water.
- Shake the bottle to activate the formula, then spray a small amount directly onto the shocks, stanchions, and/or dropper post.
- Compress the suspension or dropper post to work the formula into the seals, then wipe away any excess.
- Re-apply before each ride for best results and maximum protection.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the formula biodegradable?
The silicone component does not biodegrade due to the properties that make it effective at reducing friction and resisting temperature and UV degradation. The surfactants used to emulsify it and the other components are biodegradable.
How often should I re-apply?
For best results and maximum protection, re-apply before each ride. Regular, small amounts of maintenance can help keep suspension components running smoothly and reduce cleaning and maintenance requirements.
Can I use other protection sprays on suspension?
Muc-Off recommends using a silicone-based formula specifically designed for suspension systems. Other sprays or lubricants may attract dirt and grime or have a thicker viscosity that can increase stiction.
